Reception
Situated in the courtyard, The Charles reception is open daily to assist guests with check-in, check-out and any questions they might have during their stay. Guests can also make use of the tour and adventure booking services offered at reception to ensure they make the most of their stay.

Operating Hours: 07h00 – 18h00 (Saturday and Sunday)
Late arrivals can be arranged at an additional charge.
Emergency 24 Hour Control Room
The Charles is part of the Village n Life Group who offer all their guest access to the 24 hour Village n Life control room. The control room has direct access to the senior management of Village n Life, Embassy or Consulate offices, and other essential and emergency contacts.Contact number: +27 (0)21 430 4100
Housekeeping
Our dedicated and supervised housekeeping team provide a daily refresh service from Monday to Sunday. This includes a linen and towel change after every 4th night.
